Yolanda Lalane

Yolanda Brannon has dedicated more than 15 years to the field of Early Childhood Education. She began her rewarding career as a preschool teacher and has since served as a Center Director, Disabilities Coordinator, School Readiness Manager, and Head Start Program Director.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Studies and a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction, along with a minor in Inclusive Classroom practices.

Yolanda is the CEO of All Consulting, LLC and the Founder and Executive Director of Above All Greater Learning, Inc., where she partners with early childhood organizations to strengthen their ability to serve children with special needs. She believes that inclusion is one of the most effective ways to support all children, particularly exceptional learners. Her mission includes promoting early intervention and advocating for high-quality educational programs that intentionally identify and meet the developmental needs of every student.

Yolanda also serves on the advisory committee for Family Voices Youth and Family, Inc. and is a passionate advocate for early childhood education and families. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Charlotte, NC.
